Orders will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours once transaction has been approved. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority unless next day/overnight service has been requested. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays may not be shipped until the next business day. Please Note: When selecting USPS (United States Postal Service) as your shipping method – your order is not insured during the delivery process.

3.) Can I ship Satin Wonders outside of the U.S.?

Yes. We consider these orders special orders, which must be handled individually. 4.) What are the shipping costs to Canada?

UPS Standard Ground orders from US to Canada may be subject to custom fees and brokerage fees which are the responsibility of the receiver.

Yes, you can enter a separate shipping address by completing the additional shipping information as indicated on the online order form.

Once we receive the returned product, an exchange will be processed within 48 to 72 hours. You will not incur any shipping fees for defective or damaged goods.
